| Job Description | Great customer service and communication skills and have a can-do attitude! Must be hard working. Must be able to work well with others and a willingness to show teamwork. Will report in uniform in timely manner. Must meet industry grooming standards. Must report to supervisor or manager for shift. This is a very active position. Applicant must be able to stand/move around 8+ hours/shift and lift at least 50lbs. Are to receive instructions from Banquet manager or Captain. Must be able to take a Banquet Event Order (BEO) and then set a minimum of 3 tables of 10 chairs in a minimum of 40 minutes. Must be able to serve a minimum of 3 tables of 10 persons each. Must be able to carry 10 entrees on a tray with one hand. Must have knowledge of standards of service. Must have knowledge of order of service. Must have knowledge of wine service. Must adhere to and abide by the rules and policies of the Client. Must have standard uniform, which includes starched and pressed wing-tipped Tuxedo shirt and Tuxedo pants with satin sash down side of the leg, cummerbund and black bow tie. Must stay until job assignment is completed.
