When considering associates for work we focus on their Overall Character and Interpersonal Skills of the individual. Our Orientation and Training processes then focuses on preparing associates to meet the industry demands. We identified 5 service standards that are critical to quality. We call these service standards the 5 As to Success.

- Attitude
- Aptitude
- Attendance
- Adherence to Company Rules & Polices
Our training includes American style Seat & Serve service for 3 tables of ten, Buffett service, Coffee and Tea Service, Room setup and break down, and Tray carrying(10 entrees at a time).
We use the 5 As to assist us in the evaluation of associates and to groom their progress as Hospitality Professionals.
Every associate must go through our Orientation and Training programs regardless of their level of experience. Certification to work for A+ Hospitality Staffing, LLC. Is given to associates that have completed the programs.
